Kevin P Banks

Managing Director and Founder

Kevin brings more than 30 years of experience in the fine Chemical Industry. He graduated in Chemistry and Mathematics at London University before joining Sigma-Aldrich UK in 1979. Kevin moved to Steinheim, Germany in 1985 to take over management of the production and distribution facilities of Aldrich in Europe. When Sigma-Aldrich consolidated their European Sales and Marketing operations at Munich in 1990 Kevin was appointed as Sigma-Aldrich Vice-President Europe for the Research Products, at which time he and his family moved to Munich, where they continue to live. Kevin left Sigma-Aldrich in 1999 when he formed the Molekula group as an independant chemicals supplier.

Natalee Cormack

One of the longest serving members of the Molekula team, Natalee has built strong relationships with Molekula's partners worldwide. Natalee has an in depth knowledge of all aspects of Molekula's business, operating systems, inventory and stock control. Natalee is a consummate professional, and whilst focusing on sourcing and procurement, delivers strong customer service within the total business entity.

Carolyn Dowding

As an I.T. Honours Graduate, Carolyn takes responsibility for the entire administration and credit control within Molekula. Carolyn joined Molekula with a wide range of administrative skills holding senior roles from banking through charitable organizations.

Sam White

Sam joined Molekula in 2009 after graduating with a degree in Biology (BSc Hons) from Southampton. With a background of molecular biology and biochemistry, and a keen interest in all areas of business, Sam continues to build the sales team and improve customer relationships both with visits and telephone contact within Europe. Sam is a fluent French speaker and particularly enjoys his assignment as Molekula's specialist in sales to France and the other French speaking countries of Europe.

Luke Burrage

Luke, a graduate from the University of Wales, joined the sales team at Molekula during the start of 2010. Based at the Gillingham office, Luke's primary focus is on sales where he brings a professional and enthusiastic approach to the business. Luke is currently implementing an aggressive visiting schedule to the many hundreds of customers in the South of England.

Edward White

Edward joined the Molekula team in mid-2011, and is responsible for increasing sales and supporting existing business with our customers in the UK & Ireland. With a strong background in sales and customer service, and an expanding knowledge of the market, he sources materials for clients and provides competitive quotations. He has worked in all areas of inventory management and quality control before joining the Sales Team.

Andrew Foot

Operations and Logistics Manager

Andrew is the latest addition to the Molekula team, A recent graduate, he has taken over the responsibility for Transport and Logistics based at our primary warehousing and distribution site in the South of England. Andrew is responsible for all import and export shipments, ensuring prompt delivery of all orders to our wide range of customers worldwide. His I.T skills have improved our shipment tracking procedures, enabling effective information and data exchange with both suppliers and customers.

Margaret E Banks

Financial Controller

Margaret has successfully managed the finances of the Molekula group for over 10 years, Margaret is based at our group financial headquarters in Munich. Margaret oversees the Sales and Purchase ledgers for the entire Molekula group on a daily basis and has responsibility for all financial reporting to the management teams, banks/forex, auditors, and EU reporting authorities.
